Here's what we'll do when you call:

• Answer the phone courteously
• Answer any questions you may have
• If you need service on an existing system, we'll schedule it when it best fits your schedule, not ours. We are here to serve you not ourselves.
• If your system needs immediate service, we will prioritize your visit.
• If you need an estimate to correct a water quality problem, we'll stop by, test your water, measure your pump capacity (critical for proper sizing), give you a fair estimate and give you time to decide. We will not pressure you to purchase anything. We don't want to be treated that way, so we won't treat you that way.
• We guarantee our systems will do what we say they will or we will either remove the equipment and give you a full refund, or offer you a modified solution. You have the right to choose. We do not make any profit on modified solutions. We do them at cost. This rarely happens, but when it does, we honor our commitment to you.
• You will save money by choosing us because we understand your entire system from the bottom of your well to your pump, tank and conditioning equipment. You only have to make one call to one company. You'll never call the wrong company and be charged a needless service call. We are fully confident that you will be glad you chose us to give advice, service or install your conditioning equipment.(And your well system too!).
